Return and Exchange Policy
The CUSTOMER has the option to return their order, without penalty and without justification, within 5 calendar days under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product Delivered:
If an incorrect product is delivered due to an error by QUANTUM, the correct product will be sent at no additional cost to the CUSTOMER. - Defective Product:
If a product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be detected during quality control, QUANTUM will replace the product with one in good condition, at no additional cost.
If the product is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the item. It is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to inspect the product and notify us of any issues. - Quality Issues:
In case of quality issues, returns will be accepted within a reasonable timeframe. A quality assessment will be conducted before authorizing exchanges or returns. Exchanges and returns due to quality issues will be processed at no additional cost to the CUSTOMER.
Exchange Process:
To request an exchange within the allowed time, the CUSTOMER must send an email to sales@gpoquantum.com with the following information:
- Invoice number, quote, or delivery note.
- Quantity (if there are multiple pieces of the same model).
- Reason for the exchange.
- Specify the product(s) for which the exchange is being requested.
Once the exchange request is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the original products and for shipping the replacement items.
Restrictions:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are only allowed for other products or sizes available in our catalog.
- If the requested item is unavailable, the CUSTOMER may choose another item of equal value or pay the price difference.
- Exchanges for large volume orders requiring additional investment due to quantities exceeding regular inventory are not permitted.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for discontinued products.
- Products purchased with discount or with damaged packaging (scratched, dented, dirty, wet, or otherwise compromised) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Note: Requests will be processed and evaluated the same day if received between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Requests received outside of these hours will be processed the following business day.
